Carrying out Business Studies in an effort to adapt to the rules and/or regulations applicable in Indonesia, Carrying out legal Advocacy activities in resolving business problems, Carrying out Monitoring of the Company Licensing process (Export, Import and operation of Risk-Based Business Licensing through the Online Single Submission system), Carrying out Drafting and Reviewing cooperation documents with company partners, Carrying out Company Legality Document Filling and Carrying out Work that supports the implementation of the work of Company leaders
Operate the Online Single Submission (OSS) & DPMPTSP system application to take care of all forms of licensing such as trade permits, construction service permits, industrial permits, heavy equipment operational permits, medical equipment permits (PAK Distribution, PAK Production, Distribution Permits) carry out and guarantee Operational permits in accordance with applicable regulations, Prepare and review all forms of Cooperation Agreement with Partners and conduct weekly work reports to the Manager and/or General Manager
