• On- Site Project/facilities Management, Project coordination and Project Control, Project schedule adherence, Project Monthly Report Generation

• Weekly jobsite meetings (performs project walk through for percent complete, quality of work, cleanliness and safety issues).
• Report project progress weekly to Deputy General Manager Technical.
• Maintain Dairy Project Report.
• Attend Project meetings & assist with determination of project requirements.
• Direct engineering activities compliance with environmental and safety.
• Review the subcontractor’s progress at all times. Monitor the material incorporated in the work, the materials stored at the site, and the subcontractor’s manpower and equipment.
• Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing project information.
• Execute and inspect all the works as per drawings & standards in both discipline (Structural & Architectural).
• Coordination with architect & project managers for construction activities & specifications.
• Weekly progress report & rebar schedules.
• Making of IPC’s and subcontractors running bills.
• Working out quantities of various material requirements as per drawings & standards.
• Monitor quality & supervision for structure formwork, concrete works & rebar fixing
• Supervision of various aspects of infrastructure development and road construction including Natural Ground Compaction (NGC), Embankment, Sub base.
• Leveling Using Level Machine.
• Preparation of Daily and weekly project progress status reports
• Supervised Earth work (Base, Sub Base, Sub Grade etc) and ABC including Survey work and Material Testing
• Supervision and construction of civil construction work according to Design and Specification
