JUNIOR ENGINEER (PROCESS)
•Ensure that the final products meet the quality and quantity requirements in accordance with the applicable contracts.
•Provides high level engineering expertise to resolve plant operational problems in crude oil processing, gas compression, LPG Extraction and Gas/water injection facilities.
•Optimization of plant and Loading terminal operations through evaluation and implementation of operational changes and modifications.
•Ensure that safe work practices are in place and utilized within the operation and ensuring the achievement of HSE targets through industry standard practices and management.
•Responsible for operational forward planning with respect to routine plant operations and scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance turnarounds.
.Develops ideas to enhance operations recoveries and efficiencies.
•Follows up on detailed engineering of new projects, check drawing and P&IDs, design calculations and specifications and makes comments as appropriate.
•Liaises with Field Manager and Maintenance Crew to ensure maintenance work is carried out in line with operational requirements.
•Contribute to the Company's continuous improvement in HSE performance by ensuring safety and environmental standards are maintained.
• preparing operating work instruction & procedures. Also responsible for updating the SOP’s against any modification and process changes at plant.
ASSISTANT ENGINEER (PROCESS)
Responsibilities included:
•Remained involved in Erection, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up activities.
•During Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning phase remained involve in Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing, air blowing, leak testing, Nitrogen Purging procedure preparation.
•During project also prepare daily project progress report, coordination with the consultant & other project executing agencies regarding different project issues.
•Use my technical skills for trouble shooting of different process related problems .

ASSISTANT ENGINEER (PLANNING)
Responsibilities included:

• Involved in detail engineering of a dairy plant (Millac Foods).
• Built up PFDs & PIDs for the whole process of this plant.
• Preparation of operation and maintenance manuals for dairy plant.
• Involved in Energy & Material balance for the dairy plant.
• Preparation of dossiers for dairy plant pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up.
• Coordination meetings with Foreign dairy experts and Representative from M/s Millac Foods Pvt. Ltd. Lahore to discuss different project related issues.
