Working as " ARE" on PICCIP Sahiwal Project, October 2022- currently working Client: Local Government and Community Development (LGCD) Department Punjab, Asian Development Bank (ADB) Responsibilities/ Accomplishments:
•Working as Assistant Resident Engineer on PICIIP Sahiwal Project. This project includes massive box culverts, sewerage, disposal stations and water supply system.
•Visit project site and monitoring of work being executed. Reporting to Senior Resident Engineer.
•Resolving technical issues to improve the quality of work and contractor performance.
•Supervision of construction work as per drawings, specifications and contract documents and identify the issues related to resources. Reviewing government regulations and ordinances and policies laid down by ADB and PMU.
•Vetting of work programs and bar bending schedules submitted by contractor. Create DPRs to get actual work done and calculating lag behind.
•Coordinate with clients and their representatives (architects, planners, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
Client: Engro Polymer and Chemicals (EPCL) Worked as "Project Engineer", August 2021 - October 2022 Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
•Worked as project engineer on construction of Engro Hydrogen peroxide plant (H2O2), Port Qasim Karachi. This project includes massive Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works that comply with international standards of equipment design and health and safety accompanied by Chinese Architectural and structural designs.
•Visit project site and daily monitoring of work being executed. Reporting to Construction Manager and Project Manager.
•Resolve issues that arise pertinent to material and labor. Coordinate with QC about inspection requests submitted by supervisors.
•Monitoring Contractual Work as per BOQ and Plans and identify the issues related to resources. Reviewing government regulations and ordinances and policies laid down by Engro.
•Preparing cost estimates and material indent and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
•Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
•Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress. Muhammad Roohan Afzal (Civil Engineer)

•Managing the sub- contractors and ensure the completion of civil works as per Engro guidelines and GB code.

Responsibilities/ Accomplishments: 1. Worked as Site Engineer on infrastructure development of Housing society in Islamabad. Development work included construction of roads, sewerage work and offices. 2. Visited project sites and daily monitoring of work being executed 3.
