Ensured smooth delivery of all projects assigned. Did strict business analysis of each key account in order to identify gaps in their business, then suggest solutions based on the products we offer. Made sure to deliver updates in the most swift and time efficient manner possible, and also kept the accounts up to date in case of any expected delays. Professional way of communication helped me in establishing great business relationships with majority of key accounts that were assigned to me.
Started my career as a sales and support executive where my main role was to ensure timely and correct delivery of all assigned key accounts. Engaged in positive communication with all clients to maintain a healthy relationship between the company and clients. Started to inquire in depth about the client business and identified many important drawbacks. Helped those clients with our products through which I started contributing 20-30% to the total revenue generated by my team. Slowly scaled up and got my own targets that I was able to meet successfully in later months.
