- Responsible for overseeing the overall engineering function,
- Execution of customer’s technical requirements according to agreed schedule and approved quality standards,
- Review and approve engineering deliverables including but not limited to Engineering Drawings, P&ID’s, Design Calculations, FEA Reports, etc.
- Provide inputs into design and study reports, scope of work documentation and proposals/tenders,
- Mentor junior team members & provide technical advice to the team,

- Author technical documents including Engineering Drawings, Bill of Materials & Operating Manuals,
- Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements throughout the project,
- Cooperate and communicate with other project participants to provide assistance and technical support,
- Involved from initial inquiries to final production, ensuring all quality standards are maintained.
- Performed strategic planning & management of warehouse operations & logistics,
- Liaised with oil suppliers, manufacturers & consumers to resolve any arising problems or complaints during the complete order cycle,
- Kept track of oil quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs & efficiency,
- Supervised the production team to meet productivity targets & timelines,
- Maintained metrics & analyzed data to assess performance & implement improvements.
- Ensuring the implementation of the development projects within the specified time and budget,
- Writing of proposals/reports, or sections of more complex proposals/reports,
- Liaise with stakeholders on multi‐discipline projects,
- Technical support to internal customers including training, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance,
- Documenting processes through SOPs and Work Instructions,
- Product Verification/Validation and Risk Management under Quality Management System (ISO 9001),
- Left this position to complete my master's degree & then relocated to Australia in 2016.
- Product development Single stage, Ring‐section, Non‐clogging, Petrochem (API 610) & Firefighting (NFPA 20) pumps,
- Launched new submersible multistage pump series through Reverse Engineering techniques,
- Expanded the range of KSB’s best‐selling standardized water pump by adding 14 new design & material variants,
- Localization of API‐610 centrifugal pump series for petrochemical industries.
- Produced 3D part models & 2D manufacturing drawings, layouts & schematics,
- Prepared Bill of Materials (BOMs), production routes & Technical Manuals,
- Team member "SAP PLM" & "Master Data Management" as part of SAP implementation project.
