Responsible for overall project management, project planning,
scheduling, resource management, budgeting, construction,
commissioning and startup, and establishing and meeting critical
project objectives.
Early involved in the proposal phase, and will participate in the
proposal preparation, subcontractors selection and winning
strategy definition.
Plan all the activities of internal and external resources. Manage
entire project life cycle from design phase coordinating with
designers and engineering experts to produce optimum design
and meet target availability.
Allocate supervision and site staff requirements on specific
projects.
Ensuring obtaining targeted Tier III & IV certification (i.e. TCDD,
TCOS by Uptime).
Ensure compliance with internal or designated standards and
quality requirement .
Handel operation of critical equipment (UPS, Rectifier,
CRAH/CRAC, Chiller, MV Generator, FAHU, chilled water pumps,
Transformer, RMU, Panel Distribution)
Prepare- Review -Approve designs, Drawings, equipment, 5 level
of testing, T&C scripts.
Lead key meetings to assess progress and collaborate on
solving problems
Achieving handover plan, ensuring documentation completed on
time & quality.
Developing of CMMS & Implementation.
Ensure that the day-to-day operations and activities are carried
out in productive and efficient manner.
Respond to Data Centers incidents and problems in a timely.
Monitor Data Center performance and capacity. Manager
contracts related to data center operation & maintenance to
ensure meeting SLA & kPI.
Manage annual budget for Data center Operations.
Develop & Produce periodic operation reports & provide
recommendations for enhancements.
Develop and ensure the implementation of processes, methods
and procedures of Data Centers to carry the activities and duties.
Continuous and effective coordination with internal departments
to ensure smooth work flow Data Center activities.
Ensure the readiness of the facilities for the future development.
Manage Data Center team roster, & ensure Data Center team is
working effectively and carrying out performance reviews
regularly.
Participate in RFP & manage disaster recovery committees.
