Responsibilities: • Audit of Process controlling instruments.
• To Perform Stroking Of Pneumatic & Motorized Valve.
• Good understanding ability of elementary & flow diagrams of process.
• Checking of Fire alarm loop & troubleshoot problems If exists in the loop.
• Expertise to perform preventive maintenance by calibration with the help of procedures of the gauges, pneumatic & electronic transmitters, positioners & gas analyzers.
• Expertise in troubleshooting & performing corrective maintenance of all process Instruments with the help of vender manuals
• Expertise in troubleshooting of RTD, thermocouple & thermistors.
• Expertise to troubleshoot of solenoids & pressure regulating valves (PRV).
• Calibration of instruments.
• Trouble shouting of process instruments & provide control assistance.
•To Perform adjustment, Coupling, decoupling, assembling, dis assembling, Position-er, Transmitter, Pressure switch, limit switch, flow raters.
•Working experience on troubleshooting of solenoids & relays.
•Working experience on S-7200 PLC.
One Year Post Diploma Training In Nuclear Power & engineering, One year On job training at KANUPP.
Diploma of Associate Engineering (2007 to 2010) In instrumentation & Process Control technology From Pak Swiss Training Centre Karachi. 1st Division
