RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitoring of differing activities, such as Road Detours, Confined space, Excavation, Lifting, Micro Tunneling, Scaffolding, Pilling, Concrete, Chemical & Hot work.
• Investigate all accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences and submit a detailed Report.
• Identifying potential hazards & determining ways of reducing risks.
• Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly/safely.
• Prepare HSE statistics reports.
• Conduct HSE induction &Tool Box Talk.
• Establish the emergency response plan for major accidents & provide the training & the Result report.
• Provide assistance & advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility Management.
• Ensure that all activities including that of sub-contractors are complying to legal Requirements, Company HSE plan & to international best standard.
• Verifies PTW system is followed.
• Conduct daily site EHS inspection & prepare reports.
• Conduct Emergency drills.
• Documentation & record keeping of Health & Safety issues.
• Ensure that site security, fire-fighting equipment's, first aid & welfare facilities are regularly inspected.
• Keeping up to date & ensuring compliance with current health & safety legislation, COPs & Relevant standards.
