Responsibilities and Achievements

• To prepare Business Plan for assigned countries and responsible for its execution. This includes written preparation, management approval and successful implementation as well as continuous improvements in Business Plans of each assigned country under supervision & coordination of Marketing Manager-IMD.
• To Initiate and monitor Promotional / Technical / Regulatory backups planned and required from time to time.
• To prepare /control / monitor / improve the sales & expenses budgets of the allocated territories and to make efforts to achieve planned sales targets & budget figures as efficiently as possible.
• To visit whenever required, assigned countries under definite and agreed (with Marketing Manager-IMD) objectives.
• To Stay updated about the sales, expenses, market situation, regulatory environment, agents / customers situation and any other factor affecting the Business Plan of the region assigned and device strategies / actions plans to handle these things in a way which helps achieving the business goals of the company and help the further growth.
• To deal with commercial correspondence with assigned countries, with prior intimation to the company management so as to keep the correspondence complying with the company goals and objectives.
• To develop the product Marketing plan for product(s) in regions assigned and keeping that plan in-sync with the corporate Strategy.
• To design literature and promotional materials of registered products, as per technical requirement for specific countries, following the recommendation from Marketing Manager-IMD.
• To organize and lead Medical Reps and Regional Managers to ensure that the Marketing plan & Promotion Programs are in-sync with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
• Any other task as and when assigned by the management.

Responsibilities and Achievements

• To be responsible for the regional management of the country by understand and complying with the business plan requirements. Also keep a close watch on the regulatory, sales, competitive, statutory and any other factor in the country affecting the business plan and company objectives and report it to BUMs as well as work on the strategies / action plans advised by the BUMs for the handling of the said factors.
• Coordinate for developing and implementation of marketing and promotional plan in the assigned territories with BUM.
• To stay in the assign country as per company direction for the execution of country business plan.
• To manage the sales activities in the assigned country in order to achieve the defined sales objectives and to produce and to provide adequate reporting and feed back of these activities to concern BUM.
• To coordinate with concern BUM and regulatory people of the agent / distributor in order to keep the registration of export products in the assigned countries updated and also to strive for the expedition of new products registration.
• To keep a close watch on the market of assigned country to observe trends and practices in order to give suggestions to the head office for promotional and product planning as well as new business / product / project development.
• To provide in house and field training to Med Reps and Sales Officers and manage them under intimation to BUM and local agent.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
