July 2007 to Date with TPS Middle East FZ LLC Dubai Media City

• Administration officer
Scope: Complete management TPS Middle East Dubai office.

Responsibilities:
Administration: • Smooth flow of Daily administrative operations.
• Everyday traveling and hotel arrangements for TPS Middle East and Pakistan Staff.
• Respond daily incoming queries of Internal and External clients.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and to purchase as when it required.
• Purchases IT supplies and printing materials.
• Procurement for office equipments on required basis.
• Coordination with Travel agencies and Hotels.
• Coordination with external client for payments and invoices.

Finance: • Complete Account Handling of TPS Middle East Dubai office.
• Document all financial activities on in house portal.
• Assist Head of finance for the matters related to external audit and internal audit
• Preparation and submission of Office monthly expenses statement.
• Collection of pay orders and cheques from the client and deposit in company account
• Invoices clearance and submission with coordination of Finance and Business team.
• Management of Company Trade License and Lease Agreements.
• Arrangement traveling Visas of employees for different countries.
• Settlement the bills of different vendors / suppliers.

HR Responsibilities
• Maintain all documents related to local office employees.
• Assistant provide to employees in medical claims with Insurance Company.
• Daily Attendance updates of Office staff and generate Report monthly basis for HR, Regional Head and Department Heads.
• Arrangements on-going events and coordination with HR e.g. Annual Dinner, Picnic and exhibitions etc.
• Preparing employees Salary certificates when it required.
• To maintain employees records and ensures all documents/procedures pertaining to the continuation of the business are correctly completed and adhered
TECOM
• Process all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, Ministry of Labor, TECOM, government offices, Ministry of Foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.

• Processing of business visa, driving licenses and other government related documents which require an official representative.

• Keep records of personnel for visas labor cards, and other important documents.

• Process all required documents in Arabic.

• Very well acquainted with the Visa Procedures, Documentation and the Formalities for all the Embassies and Consulates of the World in Dubai..

• Acquire UAE work permits and residency permits for all staff, which includes guiding new staff through the process, ensuring they have all necessary requirements and, ensuring suitable approvals are in place prior to employment.

• Responsible for processing visas with their dependents.

• Provide assistance, guidance and documentation to staff in matters related to obtaining/ renewing driving license, car registration/ DEWA subscription and other matters related to mobilization of new staff to the UAE.

• Coordination with different embassies in UAE to obtain business and visitor visas for staff that are traveling to other countries for the purpose of business.

• Timely cancellation of residence permits, labor cards, etc. for all exiting staff.

• Execute on various UAE requirements related to employment such as Emirates ID Cards and other UAE.
