QUALITY PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

• Responsible for day to day site work; interact with project management for clarification in design.
• Follow up with site engineers of contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawing, specifications and meeting planned dates in schedule.
• Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the project manager.
• Ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the engineers/contractors and/or sub-contractors representative conducting regular job site inspections.
• Identify and highlight possible risk on project, assist in necessary project documentation.
• Accurately inventorying the job site and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained.
• Supporting construction planning, while providing consultation and overseeing construction projects teams.
• Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.
• Working to ensure that new building, alterations, installation and extensions meet the regulatory standards in safety, sustainability, accessibility and design.
