Direct the welfare activities for employees and recommend the area of improvement to management. Preparation of the WORKERS WELFARE STANDARDS (WWS) self-assessment and rectification plan, as per project standards, and producing written and verbal reports as per organization procedures. Receive notification of employee issues e.g. grievance, disciplinary, harassment and investigate issues and take the recommended action based on findings. Identify the action and manage the resolution of employee feedback/issues raised by employees through the Worker Welfare Committee. Analyze and report on employee feedback; and identify proactive initiatives to address root causes of employee issues. Ensure that welfare facilities such as toilets, washrooms, rest and mess areas and drinking water are of the highest standards. Inspect workers housing and general living conditions and recommend improvements if necessary. Assist workers in the solution of personal problems and counselling them on behavior frictions or emotional instabilities. Organize events and outings in order to improve relations between workers. Manage a team of supervisors, controllers and oficers across depots and accommodation to ensure the highest standard. Schedule Subcontractors accommodation audit and inspection each month. Finding observations and send to subcontractors for necessary actions and closet. Compliance with National Employment and Labor Laws, Equality and Diversity. Attend PWA and GEC Workers Accommodation inspection every month. Maintaining all the documents related PWA & GEC inspections. Keeping records of chemical analysis of water. Close out all the observations of GEC & PWA on time. Corrective action plan and rectification of all observations during audit. Responsible for the entire camps a workforce of 5000 labors and Staf, maintaining documents related to Ashghal Inspections, Observation closeouts, Subcon Camps monthly Inspections, maintaining the welfare services and activities for company employees. Arranging medical examinations and first aid units, to broadening the company entertainment services. Organizing social activities for the company employees. Maintain a good working environment for the company employees. Making sure all the important facilities and services (like water, electricity and lighting) are functioning properly. Engage senior management to provide leadership and oversight on worker welfare issues. Develops, implements and manages worker welfare assurance/control program. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. Provides expert direction on resolution of issues. Directing the welfare activities for employees and recommending to subcon ways to improve employee's welfare. Responsible for the preparation of the Workers Welfare Standards (WWS) self assessment and rectification Plan, as per project standards, and producing written and verbal reports as per Company procedures.
