Major responsibilities are:
• In-process checks.
• Internal audit and self inspection.
• Random GMP inspections in factory premises.
• Monitor and logging of rework and redressing.
• Logging, follow-ups, verification and implementation of raised change controls.
• Logging, follow-ups, compliance, verification and closing of deviations.
• Testing of D.I. water, R.O. water, W.F.I. and Line water.
• Sampling of bulk and finished products.
• Review batch records.
• Quality Inspection of Production areas.
• Calculate percent yield and Reconciliation of product.
• Prepare daily work plan.
• Perform chemical testing, water for injection testing, purified water testing and liquid syrup and suspension testing,
• Perform physical parameters testing of tablets and capsules.
• Ensuring SOP and GMP.
• Managing and Supervising junior QAO’s and monitoring their reports and In process checking.
• Managing Documentation and Reporting on regular basis.
