Duties and responsibilities held, but not limited to:
Provide first line safety coverage for all constructions, operations and maintenance activities being performed at site. Liaise with project management on implementation and enforcement of applicable HSE standards and environment regulations.
Provide safety engineering advices to ensure that risks to personnel are reduced to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP), thereby ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Provide input to and in cases facilitate HAZID, HAZOP and SIL studies; provide specialist expertise to asset/project teams in relation to major accident hazards, safety critical elements and performance standards.
Progress Audit plan to ensure compliance with procedures, policy and legal requirements and plan and implement for “Loss prevention”.
When called upon, participate in accident / incident investigation, employing appropriate recognized techniques, to ensure root causes are identified and remedial actions implemented.
Provide advocacy in relation to technical safety improvements and deployment of new tools and techniques, to ensure good engineering practice is maintained and to promote continuous improvement as demanded by the company’s management systems.
Conduct Emergency drills to make employees habitual of emergency response procedures.
Ensure all contractors activities are compliance with approved HSE plan.
Ensure the implementation of safe operating procedure by operatives.
Guide HSE personnel to achieve optimum positive result.
Encourage the people to become Hazard Identifier and Hazard Informer to develop safe working environment.
Work together to inculcate HSE culture in all employees.
Duties and Responsibilities held, but not limited to:
* Implement and monitor the Aramco HSE&S policy and procedures.
* Inspect construction area to identify hazards, non-conformance and non-compliance and take appropriate corrective actions, prepare and submit such reports to the site management.
* Coordinate with construction manager, supervisors in respect of construction activities concerning HSE&S matters.
* Conduct inspection programs report findings and recommendations to construction manager and subcontractor for prompt corrective actions.
* Conduct and participate in job safety meetings.
* Support and maintain the HSE&S programs.
* Conduct Audit on subcontractor's HSE management system and report findings & corrective actions.
* Auditing monthly color codes as per client's standard.
Duties and responsibilities held, but not limited to:
* All HS&E rules, regulation, norms and policies compitable with a steel plant and the OHS procedures of our company.
** Also we, the HSE personnel has to provide Safety measures during shut down and production, maintenance of plant and extension of a department and demolition.
Provide trainings to the employees.
