JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the production planning and manufacturing.
Responsible to manage production lines with team of production supervisor, officer, operators and helpers.
Responsible for the quality issues of products and its raw materials. Make sure proper implementation of GMP during process.
To prepare and update raw material product and process specification.
•To prepare the all production related documents & update to Manager production
•To check the maintenance working which is done by Engineering dept.
•Overall Production Planning with proper materials and time management to achieve required production targets.
•Monitoring Plant functions with particular emphasis to product and process conformance in accordance with Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
•Manpower Training & Development of Skilled staff.
•Prepare and verify daily reports
•Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Compile monthly reports

To provide the supervision upon entire production through proper management and control.
To provide rigorous checks upon production materials and control wastages. To ensure the optimum utilization of plants, machineries and man power.
To provide regular and periodical checks upon operating units to avoid problem so as to enhance overall production.
To ensure strict adherence upon quality standards and product specification. To carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade and purpose of the job. To control the floor inventory (RM, PM

Responsible for online inspection.
Responsible for raw and packaging material inspection. Responsible to keep records of all QC activities. Responsible for the quality issues of Raw Material.
