• Ensured that all maintenance & construction works are performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
• Coordinated with the other disciplines inspectors and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and quality assurance testing of suspect materials.
• Coordinated with the Supervisors to check the equipment of ready work and completed work for conformance with the plans and specifications.
• Reported questionable methods of operation by the Contractor.
• Reported to Contractor about any failure to perform the work as per the drawings and specifications and to provide good workmanship.
• Process the Inspection Requests and maintain records of their status.
• Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Assistant Resident Engineer and the project safety representatives.
• Act in a professional way but firm in dealings with the work.

• Supervised and inspected repair and maintenance works with a team of 500 crew members.
• Supervised and completed works in HRD’s, UTMN oil & gas wells.
• Achieved goals on stipulated time.
• Make sure that the work is done with safe working procedures and good engineering practice, skills and conforms to project specification and drawings.
• Worked in accordance with approved drawings/documents and making sure that all the works meet the required quality standards.
• Kept check on records and related reports for the project and submit to the project manager.
• Worked as a team to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work within the stipulated time.
• Ensure all works at site is carried out by approved WPS, Method statement.
• Assign duties to the crew members and ensure that work to be carried out as per the company approved documents.
• Incorporate HSE instructions/adequate trainings in routine orders & see that they are always obeyed.
