industry. It is involved in manufacturing of different kinds of yarn, which are then used in
making different shirts, bed sheets, carpets etc. Its business is gaining boost day by day in
textile sector due to its quality yarn production capability. It is supplying yarn both inside
and also outside Pakistan to countries like Egypt, Turkey, and France.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Analysis of monthly accounts including various heads of expenses, as the Senior
Manager Finance and CFO requires.
* Analysis of printed accounts with accounts of other groups having same product in
the market.
* Part of team in implementation of Microsoft AX Dynamics 2012.
* To keep control of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable both of local and
exports.
* Party wise reconciliations of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables both of
local and exports.
* Responsible for completion of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
* Salary preparation on month basis.
* Reports preparation of details of loans given to employees on long term and short
term basis.
* Manage finance and current account balances on daily basis.
* Reconciliation of finance account balances with banks.
* Daily and monthly reporting to Directors and senior management regarding
financing details.
* Involved with Senior Manager Accounts / Finance in correspondence of financing
facilities from different banks.
* Creation of FIM and repayment thereof.
* Monthly stock take at mills for all production units.
* Valuation of closing stocks of company on monthly basis.
* Valuation of pledged stocks for different banking representatives and for insurance
companies for financing facilities.
* Checking of vouchers to ensure completion of audit requirements both for internal
and external auditors.
* Visit at mills as internal auditor at half yearly and yearly audit.
* Dealing with the auditors of the company to the extent directed by Senior Manager
Accounts / Senior Manager Reporting in annual / interim audit.
* Preparation of different documents and certificates for audit as required by internal
and external auditors of company.
* Preparation of Management Accounts.
* Analysis of different heads of monthly accounts, as the Directors require.
* Implemented Access Based ERP.
* Prepare bank reconciliation statements and parties’ accounts reconciliation.
* Funds Management according to requisition raised by the different departments.
* Raise demand for the required funds to Director Finance.
* Salary preparation for all staff members of company.
* Monitoring Import / Export Documentation and Data Entry in Software.
* Filing of Income Tax statements of tax deducted and deposited.
* Sales Tax Return preparation support to Sales Tax In charge.
* Supervising all accounting functions, maintaining internal control systems and
managing the accounts department.
* Manage monthly stock taking surprise visit at Mills as Internal Auditor.
* Dealing with the auditors of the company for completion and finalization of annual
and interim audit.
Reportable to CEO
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Calculation of profit and loss on the services provided, on monthly basis.
* Data entry in accounting software for purchases.
* Reconciliation of software and manual entries on weekly basis including physical
stock reconciliation.
* Preparation of invoices of tests for customers in accounting software.
* Booking and delivering reports from and to customers.
* Keeping record of party wise payables and receivables on invoice to invoice basis.
* Keeping record of samples received and reports dispatched to different branches.
