Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct assistant to quality control manager
- Analyze and investigate customer complaints.
- The coordinator between the Quality Control Dep. and the Export Dep. To issue certificates healthy.
- Confers with a customer representative to resolve complaints.
- Make recommendations for improvements to quality control procedures.
- Document problems and produce reports on quality control issues.
- Create a monthly report by charts on recurring problems and the root cause
- Mentor team members and Identify deficits in employee knowledge and organize training materials to bring the team up to speed.
Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
Identity unsafe operations and practices and report the same to manager .
Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
Main activities and responsibilities Each application with regard to the conditions of good health and GHP and HACCP system .I'm follow-up to the quality of the product from the moment of entering the factory until his release .
Receipt of raw materials and make inspection and analysis required
Follow-up all manufacturing processes of the line through traffic chick list.
Follow-up and activation (HACCP SYSTEM / GMP / HYGIENE / CLEANING AND SANITIZING / Records of cases of non-conforming).
Follow-up and monitor the processes the formation of product-line.
Follow-up packaging, sorting and adjust the weights according to the specifications. Examination of packaging materials contained
