Project Description: HAVC MAAITENENCE PROJECT
Roles & Responsibility:
Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
Responsible for the Interface Coordination plan.
Responsible, as focal point for any major issue of competing priority or technical compatibility, coordinating resolution up to the required level.
Chair site and interface meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log
Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
Responsible for monitoring and managing all integration and interface issues with ADCO, Third parties for Tie-in works.
Responsible for ensuring Contractor’s compliance with all interface related technical requirements during detailed design, fabrication, integration, pre-commissioning and installation
Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.
Work on SAP close the work order
Work on Oracle make the petty cash
Work on ISWEET
Work ISWEET PRO
Work on Aramco Portal to Make ARAMCO ID’S for employees and make the E-invoicing.
Work on the SEC Portal
Make the invoices with supporting Documents.
