Based in Head Office, A pivotal position with core responsibilities of meeting customers and sales team to gather information about customer's requirements, designing a competitive and optimal logistics solution accordingly and leading the new product development process from idea to minimum viable prototype stage. Reporting directly to Managing Director 3PL business.
Responsible for planning, developing, optimizing, organizing, evaluating, directing and managing Supply Chain process of the organization. Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer.
Analysis of customer behavior.
Exploration of new market pockets for company’s products. Effectiveness Analysis of promotional campaigns.
Training of sales team.
Market visits to get feedback from point of sales about the product.
Analysis of competitor marketing strategy and design of counter strategy.
Based at plant and head office in Lahore. Held a key position with responsibilities of managing company's Supply Chain with a special focus on procurement and planning. Besides this observed and directed the work of warehouses and transportation. Reporting directly to Executive Director Operations and Chief Operating Officers.
Inventory control and management.
Assistance to planning manager for raw materials requirement planning.
Supervision of warehousing staff.
Got highest grade (A) in Master’s thesis and was nominated for the Swedish national competition "Nytt & Nyttigt", for the best master´s thesis within the innovation field.
Ranked in top position holders by attaining 3.913 out of 4.00 CGPA.
