KEY CONSTRUCTION ROLES:
o Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs and method statements for compliance with project
specifications and standards.
o Coordinate MV/LV power distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, earthing and lightning
protection systems.
o Coordinate architectural lighting, façade lighting, DALI lighting control, emergency lighting and specialist lighting packages.
o Review electrical calculations including load schedules, voltage drop, short-circuit, cable sizing, breaker selection and
lighting calculations.
o Coordinate with BIM, design, construction, QA/QC and procurement teams to resolve technical and site issues.
o Support site installation of containment, cabling, panels, lighting systems, equipment rooms, substations and ELV/ICT
interfaces.
o Monitor subcontractor work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements and
project schedule.
o Attend meetings with Consultants, PMC, Client and internal teams to discuss site issues, technical matters, work progress,
and project coordination.

KEY DESIGN ROLES:
o Electrical & ICT system Planning, designs and Supervision per IEC, NFPA, ANSI, TIA-942. o Managed BIM (LOD 400) coordination, resolving clashes and ensure integrated MEP Layouts.
o Load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, Solar/ Transformer/ Generator / UPS sizing, MDB / MCC schedules. o SLDs, Riser diagrams, control schematics and Panel / Cable schedules. o Power, Lighting, Grounding, LPS and Electrical / Telecom room layouts.
o BOQs, Cost estimates, rate analysis and tender specifications. o Work methodologies and supported client/consultant coordination.
o ELV Systems (Structured Cabling, IP-CCTV, IP-PBX, PAS, ACS, BMS, FAS, FSS, AVS, LCS, etc.) o Tier-III Data Center Infrastructure (TIA-942) MV/LV, UPS, Transformers, Generators, VESDA, Leak Detection.

KEY CONSTRUCTION ROLES: o Construction Supervision of MEP & ELV Works as per BOQs, Drawings, Specification and International Standards.
o Led Site Execution, Coordination and Scheduling to meet timelines. o Review / Approve RFA, RFI, MIR, WIR, Work Permits and Shop Drawings.
o Prepare Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports and Procurement Plans and Project Schedules. o Supervised Testing and Commissioning of MEP & ELV System. o Ensure QA/QC compliance and site inspections.
