Site Execution & Structural Work
• Supervised the construction of potable water pumping stations (PWTPS & PWDPS) and irrigation stations,
ensuring work followed approved shop drawings.

2. Quality Management (Working with QA/QC)
• Coordinated with the QA/QC team to close out Quality Observation Reports (QOR) and Internal NonConformance Reports (INCR) by rectifying site discrepancies immediately.
• Ensured all materials used on-site were pre-approved and met ASTM and project standards before starting
any activity.
• Oversaw protective coating applications, ensuring Dry Film Thickness (DFT) requirements were met for anticorrosive protection.
3. Groundwork & Testing Coordination
• Facilitated and monitored soil testing, including Plate Load Tests (PLT) and Field Density Tests (FDT), to
confirm soil bearing capacity and compaction before proceeding with foundations.
• Supervised backfilling operations, ensuring proper layer thickness and Relative Density (RDT) results as per
technical specifications.
• Reviewed material submittals and verified that the quantities delivered to the site matched the project
requirements to prevent delays.

1.Foundations & Steel Structures
• Managed the construction of long pipe sleeper foundations, ensuring precise anchoring and perfect
alignment.
• Supervised the installation of steel structures, making sure all sections were secured with high-strength
anchor bolts.
• Oversaw the application of protective coatings on steel elements to prevent rust and increase durability.
2. Concrete & Quality Works
• Managed all concrete pouring activities, ensuring the mix design and structural integrity met project
standards.
• Performed fresh concrete testing, including slump and temperature checks, to follow ASTM/ACI rules.
• Executed DFT (Dry Film Thickness) tests on-site to verify that paint and coating applications were correct.
3. Drainage & Piping Networks
• Led the installation of water drainage networks, maintaining the correct slope and flow for maximum
efficiency.
• Supervised the construction of catch basins and oil storage manholes, focusing on water-tightness and
finishing.
• Managed RFI (Request for Inspection) submissions, coordinating with consultants for quick approvals and
steady site progress.

1. Solar & Power Infrastructure
• Managed the installation of robotic piles and posts for solar tracking systems, ensuring exact anchoring.
• Supervised construction of 132 KVA Substations, including transformer foundations, fire walls, and control
buildings.
• Executed foundation units for Inverter Transformer Stations (ITS) and DC box support structures.
• Led the civil works for switchgear rooms, pump rooms, and station service transformers.
2. Roadworks & Infrastructure
• Oversaw the construction of 9.5 KM of internal roads and infrastructure like duct banks and manholes.
• Managed the installation of underground cable trenches and ducting for electrical networks.
• Supervised the construction of support structures for Weather Monitoring Stations (WMS).
3. Technical Site Management
• Conducted site surveys to verify coordinates, slopes, and levels for perfect structural alignment.
