I am responsible for different types of warehouse Operations, Including
1. Raw Material (Food & Packiging Warehouse)
2. Sales Warehouse
3. Cold Storage Warehouse (Capacity 8000 Pallets)
4. Spare parts Warehouse.
I am Reporting Directly to the General Manager, the duty involves Budgeting, stock for-cast, planning and Stock controlling, constant updates and strategic balancing of the operation is the core of my responsibilities, keeping the Executive Management updated and keeping a constant check on need assessment and process improvisation is also a core part of my duties.
Managing a fleet of 98 Vehicles during a 24 hours span on daily basis is challenging as well as exciting as for professional experiences, implementing effective rout plan and constantly monitoring for the desired outcomes is the basic goal.
I have joined as the Stock Control & Warehouse Manager, my duties involve maintaining stocks, scheduling deliveries, receiving stocks, maintaining standard warehouse environment, sending PO for early ordering, constantly updating the system, Supervising the logistics Operation creating routes for the deliveries I am responsible for the Maintaining stocks & supplies of the following International Food Chains in all established regions in KSA obtained by Emtiyaz Al-Riyadh a sister concern of Othaim Holding.

I worked as the Warehouse Supervisor, My responsibilities include in managing day to day operations of the Packing Warehouse including scheduling deliveries, preparing documents, supervising the arrangements, timely drawing POs, preparing export shipments & relevant documentation, receiving inventory overseeing all warehouse relevant activities & reporting to the General Manager.
Here I monitor and handle activities involved in supply chain, imports, exports, warehousing and local purchasing as well selecting the best and competitive shipping ways for all modes of shipments.
Assessing appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move or store materials. negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders. Collaborate with other departments such as production, engineering, finance and quality assurance to or qualify new suppliers. My duty is also to Design and implement the supply chain that support environmental policies. To Deal with DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS to get quotes and selecting the feasible and fastest delivery forwarders. Also in dealing with transporters in order to schedule appropriate delivery process
for the end user.
Being responsible for cooper brass warehouse & managing administration my duties involved to ensure general office administration, to monitor and improve day-to-day operations, coordinate with line managers with statutory matters, complete check on traveling, conveyance, logistics, utility expense bills, to check supplier’s bills and forward approved bills to accounts department, Vendor contracts, renewal of contracts, booking venues for seminar & workshops, procurement and issuing furniture & fixture, office supplies to various divisions, keeping complete record of company assets issued to marketing staff, to deal with consultants regarding legal matters, dealing with government departments, briefing higher management about goal directions, plan implementation and change management to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
I Joined as Administration Officer on 1st-January-2015 here my duties involve to establish an employee base & workforce for the newly established firm, it also includes approving contracts, supervising various schedules involving deliveries, Invoicing, dealing with the Government Departments, make & implement strategies to achieve set organization goals & to administrate the firm achieving maximum efficiency & effectiveness.
I was Promoted as Assistant Manager Administration on 05-August 2011 giving my administrative skills a chance, my duty was to Create proposals, Draw contracts, guide and maintain various resource schedules, Managing and controlling delivery schedules, document management system for electronic and paper documents organized, also to give data input for making strategies to increase staff efficiency & effectiveness and maintain customer relations.
While Promoted as Administration Officer on 05-March 2012, my duties extended to update & approve proposals, approve contracts, supervise various resource schedules, to make & implement strategies to achieve set organization goals & to improve employee performance Maintain Supplier & Customer relationships, and keep up to date the Chief Executive Officer of both internal and external administrative opportunities & threats.
I have joined as an assistant accountant initially my duty was to support and facilitate my senior account staff with basic accounting, later the same financial year I was Promoted as Accounts officer due to my efficiency and good conduct, As an Account Officer I had the duty to process Sales Tax invoices, maintain party accounts, approve vouchers, and maintain commission inward & Outward record.
Setting foot in professional life I got a huge platform in Ittehad Chemical understanding basic official functions including Purchase-Import-Banking and Accounts, Documentation, Document handling, Invoicing and a basic knowledge about store keeping.
