When I joined Nespak orange line Lahore asphalt design was in start so I participated in JMF for base course of asphalt with marshal method. We have a lot of gradational repetition then blending off aggregate. After marshal trail we analyze exact optimum bitumen %, successful plant trails. During laying monitoring in accordance with ashtoo daily extraction for determination of bitumen %. Analysis of marshal properties, and its comparison with design values, and also core compaction finally maintaining the records and reports preparation.
In National logistic cell at jhal khanuana Faisalabad and sayyanwala interchange I was engaged with commercial materials testing managing the test result and controlling concrete bathing plant production.
At aziz cross grw flyover I started working on day one of the project. Established laboratory and soon after that I started working on concrete mix design A3 (4000 psi) for pile. There I designed and approved 5 concrete design according to ACI (211.1) method (3000 TO 5000 psi, with defined slump) with their actual blending successful trails give more than 20% required strength. I worked at concrete admixtures (plasticizer super plasticizer and pc based) and having successful trails in accordance with site requirements.
At Aziz cross I worked day and night for project running that was a fast track project.

The key skills & achievement…
At very beginning in FWO and KRC I basically get to know about fdt, proctor, and cone calibration and unite weight. And off course the sieve analysis and soil classification.
ECSP was the consultant but the job was quite interesting at qutab shahana during the construction of bridge Ravi I worked a lot on link road varying strata the usually a specific feature along river site adjoining areas. I loved to work on soil types classifying them. I ensure the quality of materials then worked on WBM grading proper laying and compaction. Link roads were TST roads worked on ensuring grading according to astm standards and regularly monitoring spray rate for bitumen.
At azadi chowk lhr I was deployed to base lab and concrete batching plant situated at Saggyan Bridge. There I worked with Khalid Hassan saddique with wonderful experiences and great learning. At azadi chowk daily concrete production was average 1000 to 1500 m3, daily cylinders crushing aggregate gradation and quality test like soundness, sodium sulphate flaky and elongation test maintaining crushing register records, daily and weekly report preparation of all those tests.
During working in Oman I was at izz-adam section that was an end project basically worked on compaction of WBM and daily asphalt quality testing. Monitoring all constructional activities and ensuring the work according to specification.
