•Responsible for ensuring effective & timely solutions to the customer queries & problems through effective monitoring of the CROs activities at the CSC/CTP.
•Supervise all the works relating to CS Department and inform to CROs about any instructions regarding Web based CMS or others from Head Office.
•Communicate the information of new products/terminals, price revision & new range of services to CROs.
•Prepare and forward all type of reports as required by the NM Customer Relations, relating to CS Department
