Preparing Project Plan in coordination with planning department.
•Preparing the Rev. 01 budget based on Rev. 00 budget received from Marketing.
•Arranging Kick Off Meeting with Client for finalization of scope of supply & services.
•Monitoring & control of time, cost & scope to ensure project health.
•Co-ordination & follow up with design department for preparing MTO’s & specification.
•Co-ordination & follow up with QC department for preparing QC documents/ procedures, WPS & PQR for submission to client.
•Preparation of MTO’s and raising purchase requisitions for material procurement.
•Correspondence with client for approval of procedures, MTO’s, MTC’s of materials.
•Co-ordination & follow up with procurement department for arrangement of materials as per schedule.
•Ensuring timely issuance of material to production and follow up for timely execution and expediting of the project activities.
•Preparing project monitoring and analysis reports; e.g. Analytical Studies and Latest Forecasts.
•Attending bi-weekly Project Health Review meetings arranged internally with all departments for discussion on key issues and finding solutions.
•Making efforts for ensuring timely execution of the project within budget.
