 Processing monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment for all the employees.
 Supervising accurate data records, processing monthly payrolls, reconciliation of payroll figures with the finance department, ensuring audit compliance, providing staff guidance & procedures related to payroll.
 Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.
 Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
 Produce and issue employee pay slips and statements of earnings and deductions.
 Responsible for Costing reports, budgeting reports and monitor HR budgets as required.
 Employee orientation by providing information about Job duties, Responsibilities, Probationary period, working hours, Payroll information and other related benefits.
 Responsible for employee cycle from Orientation to separation, conducting exit interview to identify the reason for termination/resignation and preparing final settlement.
 Preparing compensation and benefits packages, planning and designing employees benefit packages setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records.
 Managing daily operations of Staff Management including leave requests, attendance, grievances, disciplinary, and ensuring staff are following the company policy.
 Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures throughout the organization.
 Responsible for performance management system across all functions on annual basis and provide rewards plan as per company policy.
 Responsible for Training and Development function of the organization.
 Correspond with Life and Health Insurance provider either for insurance enrollment, update or deletion, reimbursement claims and review insurance invoices for accuracy
 Raising purchase requests related to life/health insurance invoices including submission of original invoices to Finance Team
 Responsible for renewal of Health Insurance, Workmen’s Compensation policy, Professional indemnity policy and Public liability policy.
 Responsible for Preparation of Employment Contracts for all new employees and updating employment contracts as required.
 Responsible for Creating and updating Human Resource policy, job descriptions, organizational charts and HR forms as required.
 Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation.
 Assisting Recruiter when required in Recruitment process from start to end by completing documents, checking references & suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview, sending and Signing Job offers from applicants.
 Prepare all Employee Letters and Certificates including and not limited to salary certificates, bank letters, NOC letters in a timely & accurate manner.
 Receive and answer questions from Employees on status of the letters and certificates, banks and final institutions for employee verification.
 Track and arrange all new residence/visa renewal activities for new and existing Colleagues including eligible dependents in coordination with PRO.
 UAE / GCC Pension administration (Adding new joiners in Pension database (Online System), Preparing the monthly changes / contribution and follow up with pension authority after termination or resignation of employee for pension payments.
 Responsible from creation, maintenance and timely updating of employee records in both HRMS system as well as personnel files.
 Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
 Assist Head HR in day-to-day HR and Admin operations for the smooth flow of work.
