Project: Kuwait Energy | currently working as PMO Functional consultant FICO JVA SAP S4 Hana 1909 in IRAQ.
Responsibilities / Achievements:
Prepare high-level project plan in summary / detail (share with the client).
Discussion on interfaces required by the clients is done & then the team completes their “AS- IS” study
Expert in cross integration with PS, MM, HCM, JVA and PM module.
Responsible to prepare project SAP FI business blue print.
Execute Fixed Asset end to end process with creation and settlement of WBS to AUC and AUC to Fixed Asset.
Configuration of oil & gas fixed asset scenarios, fixed asset procurement, wright off, UOP depreciation run.
Configure of manual bank reconciliation statement.
Configuration of foreign currency valuation in SAP s4 hana.
Develop vendor aging disbursement / report,
Strong understanding and command on PS modules WBS Original budget maintain, Budget Return, Budget Supplement, Budget Transfer, Budget/ Actual / Commitment, Project Builder / Release Budget, Project Actual Cost Line Items, Result Cost Plan Uploaded etc.
Project: Dawn group | currently working on the financial transformation greenfield SAP s4 hana 2020 FIORI implementation project
Responsibilities / Achievements:

● Responsible for configuration of FICO FM modules & integration with DMS, HCM, SLCM modules with results testing.
● Run FIORI to create House Bank.
● Conduct FICO FM TTT training “Train The Trainers” as per the organization’s business process..
● Designing and map organizational structure, GL account, cost element, chart of accounts, cost center, and center, profit center, cost hierarchy.
● Designing and map Fund center cost element and commitment item.
● Timely payment recovered from the client.
● Designing and upload master data Asset, Bank, Vendors, and Customers through LTMC.
● Active participation through analysis of existing systems, prepare blueprint, design & mapped business processes and provide business solutions in the SAP environment.

● Prepare Project Budget and Quarterly Forecast with Periodical Control.
● Prepare, review and analysis of financial statements ensuring that all month-end closing tasks including management reports, schedules, reconciliations, accruals and period closing is done in time with accuracy
● Responsible for monthly project accounts & reporting.
● Manage bank account and prepare bank reconciliation
Project: Bhikhi Project 225MW (Combined Cycle Power Plant)
Client: Halmore Power Generation Company Ltd, Project USD 135 million
Duration: From Oct 2007 to March 2011
Responsibilities:
● Prepare for Financial Accounts as per IFRS/ IAS.
● Responsible for monthly project accounts & reporting.
● Prepare Project Budget and Quarterly Forecast with Periodical Control.
