Maximum 17+ years of experience as Instrument Commissioning/Control field in detailed maintenance, commissioning and development co-ordination of instruments and control systems in Sugar Industry Fields, Fertilizer plant, Bio-gas & Ethanol Distillery Plant’s different projects i.e. Boiler, Sugar Refinery, Weighing Machines, Hydraulic systems, Process house, Weighbridges etc.
Main Responsibilities
•To comply with Organization's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) as well as work permit policies and procedures and also promote awareness of its use among the staff.
•To conduct Toolbox meetings on daily bases with subordinates for discussing safety and methods of completing job tasks.
•Supervision of Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments.
•Experienced in fault diagnosis / troubleshooting of DCS, PLC, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus communication and Control Loops.
•Very familiar to read / understand the Instrument loop diagrams, cause & effects diagrams, schematic diagrams, relay logic and ladder logic drawings.
•Supervision of dismantling, overhaul/repair and re-installing electric, pneumatic, electronic or hydraulic control system such as control valves and actuators, recorders, measuring and recording instruments in the field or in the workshop.
•To perform modification of control circuits and/or control loops as per the plant change request and update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes.
•Very familiar with configuration/calibration of instruments.
•Able to review control philosophy, P&I diagrams, Installation diagrams, plot plan diagram, Interlock logic diagrams, instruments list and flow chart.
•To interface and coordinate with other sections in sorting out equipment problems and maintenance activities.
•To supervise, coordinate and participate the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting / maintenance activities of the plant instrument & control systems equipment.
Maintenance of all plants Instrumentations.
•Commissioning of STEAM TURBINE 6MW Trip Test, Alarm Test, and Protection Functional checking
•Commissioning of all types of field instruments such as temperature, pressure, level, flow, vibration, speed, transmitters, switches, gauges, recorders and analyzers. Calibration and maintenance of various types of control actuators e.g. Hydraulic, pneumatic and motorized control valves.
•Commissioning experience with multiple automation companies, BMA Sugar refinery project, Auto Pan Condensers SEDL(India), Silver Weibull Refineries, Auto Bagging Machines, Automation of Pans SEDL (India), Automation of D Super heater station, Automation of HMC mills, Automation of Deep bed filters, Level Controlling of different tanks, Automation of continuous centrifugals,
•Ensures that the Steam turbines turning gear system is functioning properly during shutdowns or trip outs.
•Commissioning of Takuma Japan BOILER (80 Ton/h) trip test, Alarm test, and Functional Test done.
•Experience of conducting over speed tests, valve tests, tuning of hydraulic control valves from Turbine Control system
•Carrying out Puff Test in the Inlet Air Filter House and complete maintenance of the solenoid valves.
•Contingency Arrangement for First Light- Up
•Filling machines and weighing systems including weighbridges.
•All plants control systems detailed Maintenance.
Supervised the Pre-commissioning, commissioning & start up activities of the plant.
•Supervised/worked in the troubleshooting of different field instruments having foundation field bus protocol system (Pepperl+Fucsh) during pre-comm. and start up.
•Supervised/worked on maintenance and calibration of different field instruments like control valves(Fisher DVC 6200f), Flow meters (Coriolis, Vortex, mag flow, Ultrasonic), Direct mounted LT’s (Rosemount), Pressure Transmitters (Rosemount), Temperature Transmitters (Rosemount)
•Supervised/worked on Radar level transmitter GWR and Free space (Vega).
•Supervised/worked on Dynisco pressure transmitter, Veltron flow meter (Pitot type), Rosemount flow transmitter Integral and Compact type, Magnetostrictive Level transmitter K-TEK (ABB) and Orion (Magnetrol).
•Supervised/worked on Thermal Mass Flow meter (KURZ), Ultrasonic flow meter (Krohne), Coriolis (E+H, Micro motion), Vortex (Rosemount), and Mag flow (Rosemount).
•Supervised/worked on Level Switch (Magnetrol), Flow switch FLT93 (FCI) & LINC.
•All Junction Box, Control Panels commissioning & maintenance.

•The main instruments of plant, worked on Control Valve (Hale Hamilton, Siemens), Pressure Transmitter (E+H, Jumo), (Coriolis E+H), Pressure switch (Beta, FEMA), Temperature Element (Jumo), Smoke detector (Siemens), Bentley Nevada 3500 series measuring system (Vibration, Thrust, Acceleration, Velocity).
•Supervised the troubleshooting of field instruments during start up and in normal operation.
•Supervise the troubleshooting of complaints related to the DCS Honeywell Experian.
•Loop Checking Activities
•Able to study ILD, P&ID and perform Loop Checking according to the Loop from sensing to measuring devices and to Marshaling Cabinet sequentially.
•Loop checking of instrument as per loop check procedure.
•I have good experience in loop checking.(types of instrument, PT, LT, TT, FT, gas detector all types of control valves, on off valves and motor loop)
•Electrical motor functionally checking through DCS&ESD.
•I have good experience to operate the DCS system during loop check activities.

•Rosemount Smart Family Pressure, Flow, Temperature & Level Transmitters with Hart Communicators 375, 475.
•Radar and GWR Type Level Calibration and servicing day to day maintenance. Have worked on control Valves such as flow control, pressure control & Level control (VALTEK, Fisher, Masoneilan) and vortex, Magnetic flow meter, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, Pressure regulator. Pressure switch, level switch, temperature switch etc. Can fully dismantle, over haul, service, Replace defective Parts Re assemble, test and Calibrate any type of control valves actuators, valve Positioner and Limit Switches.
•Rosemount Micro Motion Mass Flow Meters (CMF050 / RFT9739)
•Having sound knowledge in Plant Annual Turnaround/Shutdown Planning Preparation of Job Scope, Material Preparation, and Job Card Preparation.
•Involved in day-to-day preventive maintenance for field instruments, individually and team wise, Inspection, calibration, loop simulation based on ISO procedure and standards.
