eliminated (ICC).
-Bring collections to 100% online and Sustain maximum achieved figures of online Collection.
-Provide quality reports/data that help stakeholders (S&D, Easy Paisa, ITetc.) for various analysis and decisions making.
-Business Case Management (Regional Business Cases/Performance, Subsidy Management & Contract Management).
