Construction management:
In-charge of construction management (including procurement) of projects in Jeddah and Makkah. Projects include multi-storied commercial and residential buildings, residential complexes, villas etc. Many of these were turn-key projects.
Design, supervision and inspection:
Designed and revised (before and during erection) projects for many clients. Job included supervision and inspection of most of these projects (either skeleton, or finishing, or both).
Specifications:
Prepared specifications both in English and Arabic for various projects using Microsoft office software. Reviewed (and modified if necessary) contracts between clients and contractors before signing, also worked as a mediator to resolve disputes between different parties regarding on-going and completed projects.
Quantity survey:
Prepared quantity survey for construction projects using computer software.
Technical presentation:
Multilingual technical presentation using both languages English and Arabic for undergoing and completed projects.
Design team management:
Was in-charge of design projects including architectural and structural drawings (i.e.; educational complexes, residential compounds, commercial and residential buildings, factories etc.). Among other projects, was in-charge of the design team of Al-Hunain educational complex project in Riyadh.
CAD operation:
Was fully capable of using Auto-cad to prepare architectural, structural and other drawings.
