I am responsible for maintaining strict quality standards as per international standards throughout the cement production process carry out internal audits and maintain documentation.
To achieve maximum throughput I co-ordinate with contractors to accomplish desired results without hampering operation, and look after billings as per BOQ.
As a Process Engineer I was responsible to do combustion calculations and testing of fuel (COAL & Alternative fuels). I also look after water treatment through RO for steam generation to drive a turbine, drinking water and industrial water.
Manage and planning of daily production and implementation of SOP's. Maintaining quality by carrying out safe operations.
Furnace inspection, process operations analyses, DCS system controlling.
Effective lectures on health, safety and environment.
Analyze process operation, PFD, P&id’s, Line tracing of Fuel refinery.
Effective lectures on fire protection & safety, HSE, work place hazards and work permits.
Provides foundation for NEBOSH-IGC and IOSH,along with certified OHSAS 18001 awerwness certificate, Following Modules were covered, Occupational HSE Management Occupational Health Hazard & Control Measure Occupational Safety Hazard & Control Measure Enviromnental Protection
Major Courses: Mass Transfer Heat Transfer Seperation Processes Polymer Manufacturing Processes Plant Design and Safety Petroleum and Petrochemical Products.
