Plays a vital and pivotal role in the organisation.Monitor production, procurement and sales activities.Coordinate all the work activities within quality and production Hire employees based on business requirements in line with short and long term strategy.Ensuring project management including estimation, planning, monitoring and controlling with whole project business cycle.
