•Exercised hands-on approach for the arrangement and carrying-out after of all Rental Equipment including Mobile Cranes, Crawler Cranes, fork lifter, Truck, Trailer, Man lifter, Wheel loader for Entire ARAB STEEL Projects.
•Ensured opening of Letter of Credit through Head Office Finance Department, also coordinated with all purchasing activities under the supervision of Manager Purchase & General Manager Projects. Strong grip on Material Manual for SAP.
•Assessed Group Structural Steel needs / Pipe Fittings with close coordination with Structural Steel supplier across the GCC
Expertly handled Inquiry floatation, making Comparatives, taking approvals from User Dept.’s and placing order for high value items like casing, Tubing, Rock Bits, Well Heads, Compressors etc. keeping in view the commercial & lead-time aspects.
Exploiting to fullest Metrics and Workforce Analytics expertise for arranging all custom clearance of consignments arrived at Karachi Sea Port, Islamabad Air Port & Lahore Air Port.
