•Providing first line support to clients by responding to queries via phone, emails & live chat.
•Analyzing the Global Equity markets, Base & precious metals, Energy & Forex.

•Liaising closely with sales staff & inter dealer broker.
•Providing key parties with daily trade information.
•Assisting Head of Trading in meeting with key parties.
•Informing sales staff about market movements & prices.
•Gaining information form sales staff about client issues & try to solve them on priority basis.
•Assisting Head of Trading to ensure compliance to all procedure and effective implementation of all.
•Working as a negotiator between back office, Head of Trading & Sales Team to negotiate on business terms regarding commissions and spread offering.
•Investigating trade disputes, pro-actively involvement with stakeholders to resolving issues posing a risk threat includes margin calls
•Delivering market analysis/advice of company’s recommendations, more heavily focused on FX, CFD’s &Futures- generate trade volume.
•Arranging training session with sales team to explain new products & trend in markets.
1-To provide the leadership to branch with a view to accomplish the
financial and service objectives as assigned that shall contributes to the
business revenues and strengthens the customer satisfaction
2-- Manage people with focus on their personal development where each
understands the value of microfinance customer and gives his/her to the

8-Organize the collection and recovery process with a view to retain the
delinquencies and losses within the specified limits of the assigned goals.
9- Ensure the execution of financial/ functional transactions with utmost efficiency and retaining the integrity of the process.

My responsibility is to costing and reporting to Finance manager. During my internship, I prepared a report on the financial health of MTM.In this report I thoroughly analyzed the financial structure of the MTM .Faisalabad and also give some recommendation to the higher management.
Throughout the academic carrier, I have been ranked among the top students of my Class. I have been awarded with numerous scholarships(Institute silver Medal,Campus Gold medal). I am one of those few students who were awarded merit scholarship & Certificate of Excellence in all the semesters of MBA Program
