Duties/Responsibilities:
Practice HR, Admin, Compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
Ensure required compliance in the factory premises and implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
Develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR & Compliance issues.
Comply approved manpower plan while recruiting.
Evaluate training needs and manage training programs to build competent workforce.
Adhere company compensation structure for all employees at plant.
Sort and solve non-compliance issues through daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory.
Prepare reports, document where and whenever requires by the management and by the buyers.
Handle Social /Environment / Technical guidelines and necessary certifications.
Face different buyers audit and prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
Map security plan for the entire unit and ensures security section is working efficiently to provide full security.
Take care Housekeeping properly in all over the premises.
Maintain canteen facilities (quality of food, hygienic, sitting arrangement, dining environment etc.) of all employees.
Monthly pay role and handling compensation benefit.
Handle recruitment and induction of new staff members.
Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management. Payroll management.
