• Communication interface for MODBUS TCP CI 867.
• Supervision of all the maintenance activities related to gas turbine, gas receiving area, gas heaters, fiscal metering of gas and associated BOP systems which includes Preventive, Corrective & Shutdown Maintenance of following equipments. Various types of flow transmitters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters of Fisher-Rosemount, ABB Smart version transmitters and fisher, Flow serve smart positioners.
• Calibration function test and maintenance of all types of smoke detectors, gas detectors, and flame scanners of SIMPLEX and GENERAL MONITORS with SIMPLEX 4100U control system
I have worked as an Instrument and control Supervisor at a central combined cycle power plant (3X400 MWe) comprising GE gas Turbine and Alstom Steam Turbine and HRSG of Doosan with MARK VI control system. Involve in Installation, Commissioning and Pre-commissioning activity with multi vendor during all instruments installation and commissioning.
• I have worked as an Instrument and control Engineer in an open cycle power plant of Siemens gas turbine V94.2 comprising Distribution control system of Siemens SPPA T3000.
• Up gradation of Siemens DCS, from SPPA T3000 Ver.3.15 to Ver. 4.3
• Supervision of all the maintenance activities related to gas turbine, gas receiving area, gas heaters, fiscal metering of gas and associated BOP systems which includes Preventive, Corrective & Shutdown Maintenance of following equipments.
