Checking of slump & temperature of concrete at site during its pouring. Taking concrete samples (cubes / cylinders) for checking of concrete strength.
Waterproofing membranes, protection boards to membranes on exterior sides and concrete protection coating to inner surfaces of the water containing structures and foam/light weight concrete on roofs for the buildings.
Finishing works i/c plaster, block works marble/mosaic/terrazzo tiles, miscellaneous metal works and paint works up to full completion of the above structures/buildings.
Calculation of quantities and preparation of Interim Certificates/Running Bills for contractor payments
Over all supervision of construction of project.
