• Participating and initiating collaborative planning processes for business technology, including "make vs. buy" decisions.
• Strategic Planning, Designing, Budgeting and implementation for I.T. Requirements.
• Define Timelines, KPIs, Deliverables and Milestones and Allocate resources.
• Management of GTS (Garment Tracking System) through Bar Code Identification.
• Negotiate with Systems Vendor, Dealers and other service providers.
• Design & Manage Networks.
• Intercommunication infrastructure of Conventional and VOIP Systems.
• Management of IT Inventory & Bio metric system.
• Management of more than 800 No.(s) of Systems Nodes.
• Management, Design and Maintenance of CCTV infrastructure. More than 800 Cameras.
Project # 1. Project Designed and implemented daily production tasks report through ERP system on Digital Display in Production Departments
Project # 2. Designed and implemented Garment Tracking System (GTS) through Bar code scan module in ERP (EBS Oracle R12).
