I led the transformation of ISG from a factory specializing in explosion-proof lights into a multidisciplinary
powerhouse, delivering advanced solutions across diverse technical fields. As a strategic leader, I directed the
technical delivery of complex projects, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of engineering, quality, and
innovation.
Recognizing my ability to address intricate technical challenges, I was entrusted with establishing new divisions to
execute project orders across electrification, automation, process controls, instrumentation, analytics, and
electrical systems. I developed and implemented innovative solutions, aligned with safety standards and
regulatory guidelines, driving seamless project delivery and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
Under my leadership, ISG achieved unprecedented success, increasing annual revenue by over $50 million and
expanding its capabilities to deliver sustainable, cutting-edge technologies. I ensured quality assurance through
rigorous protocols and championed forward-thinking technical strategies that enhanced ISG’s position as a leader
in its field. By mentoring technical professionals and equipping them with the necessary resources, I cultivated a
culture of excellence and innovation.
Additionally, I succeeded in adding the following products to our production line:
1. Analyzer shelters, cabinets, and rack production
2. Localized Valmet DCS integration
3. System integration for Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider PLCs
4. Panel boards and switch racks (UL, Killarck, Stahel)
5. Localization of vibration monitoring systems with Meggitt
6. Localization of ESD & HIPPS systems with Hima
7. Localization of gas detection detectors with Crowcon
8. Localization of thermowell production through a joint venture with Daily Thermetrics
9. Underway: Localization of moisture analyzer and ultrasonic meter production with Panametrics
10. Underway: Localization of fitting manufacturing with Superlok

Energy engineering services is the biggest vessels heads manufacturer in the world, the role was managing
engineering and project management, building all production lines and establish maintenance system and
procedures.

Duties
Building all production lines and establish maintenance system and procedures. For below equipment:

x 100 tons LPG furnaces

x Modernization a complete control room for 4 Microtunlling machines and upgrading control system, ”Siemens PLC” from s5 to s7. (2013)
x Design and install automation & electrical circuit for hot dish spreader crane 16 meter diameter (2010)
x Reviewing the design functional test and the installation of new vessels heads manufacturing production line, Middle East production, which contains ( 1000 tons Pressing machine, flanging machine, 2 CNC plasma cutting Machine, 1000t furnaces & 3 ovens ) modifying and programming as required (2009-2012) Total value of projects around 25 Million $
