As a TCE in SGS Gulf Limited my specific responsibilities are as following:
- Trade facilitation through timely, correct and/or consistent issuance of Certificates of Conformity following Conformity Assessment Instructions, GIS (Governments and Institution Services) business rules and all other related references.
- Marketing and promoting the GIS department and help in marketing other SGS services.
- Looking up for new opportunities and customers for GIS department.
- Meeting new clients and closing deals with them.
- Day to day operational coordination.
- Creating and maintains good working relationship with clients and other affiliates.
- Making suggestions on improving effectiveness and efficiency of the division.
- Handling queries and communications with affiliates and clients.
Achievements:
- Raised the number of Arabic speaking clients by 130%.
- Brought back old clients who are working competitors.
- New clients either new to the contract or working before with competitors 40% of the
total number of clients.
- Raised the satisfaction of most of the clients by finishing their files in one working day which used to take before two to three days.
- Saving one working day in every file by implementing the inspection report and asking the inspectors to send the inspection report exactly after finishing the inspection.

As an operation coordinator in SGS at GIS department ( Government and Institution Services ) I did the following,
- Correspond with the affiliates all over the world.
- Meet clients, get the required commercial documents from them and send the documents to the certification center.
- Supervise the inspectors work and send samples to the international labs to perform the required tests.
- Send the reports and quality documents to CC then deliver the certificates to the clients.
- Customer care and complains solving.
