Title of thesis: Prioritized Dynamic Load Management in A Smart Grid using Game Theory Algorithm Thesis’ Aims: • In this thesis, focused was primarily on peak-hours operation and electricity price by critically analyzing the problem of load management in the smart grid. • Study of comparison between users, studying of their possible power usage and providing equilibrium in power supply. • Maximizing PAR for the utility supply side. • Minimizing costs per unit of power use for the general consumer. Achieved: • Average of 69.13% reduction in peak-hours operation. • Reduction in consumers electricity bills and as well as per unit price of electricity. • Minimized fossil fuel based generation.
Title of FYP: Electrical Power Theft Detection and Wireless Energy Meter Reading Project’s Aims: • Detect an electrical power theft without any human interface. • Time saving, if distribution company personnel take reading by this wireless technique. • It would provide a digital record in case of any judicial dispute. • To maximize the profit margin of power utility company. • Moreover the Utility Company will also be aware about the theft on line.
