• To plan implement and monitor all activates as per project work plan.
Work in close coordination with Manager & field project implementation team to carry out survey assignments, in accordance with agreed on procedures and standards.
Develop innovative ideas and assist respective Manager in designing new projects.
Make available the records and information and present to the donors and partners in respect of the services performed by WWF-Pakistan.
To assist the manager in preparation of work plan/budget plan for effective implementation of the projects.
To prepare periodic progress reports keep information’s up to date management.
To prepare reports as per requirements of donor and complete required documents.
Make sure of completion of project with in due time and cost.
Arrange field visits for Field officers for monitoring and evaluation purpose.
Submit Cheque requisitions to finance department for the issuance of funds related to projects.
Oversee and execute the monitoring and evaluation activities
Submit financial, progress and completion Reports of projects to Donors as per there completion formats.
To manage construction crews, ensuring that each worker is following safety rules and regulations.
To look for broken equipment, defective tools and other potential hazards, but focused mostly on the worker’s safety.
To determine what type of PPE is needed and will make sure that workers know how to operate and use tools and equipment
Inspecting the work site and taking suitable steps to climate all the unsafe working condition and potential hazards and to maintain good housekeeping.
