My previous experience in financial institution of almost 8 years where last performing role was Branch Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and Managing overall branch operations, maintaining service standards.
• Solving customers related queries via calls and emails.
• Maintained accurate record for all office works and customer's financial transactions.
• Handling and facilitating internal audits and surprise inspections by external regulators.
• Approve and sign all negotiable instruments and vouchers also maintaining a perfect cash balance record of daily transactions.

• Managing all aspects of cash handling operations, including accurate counting, balancing and reconciliation of cash drawers.

• Supervised a team of cashiers, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
• Conducted regular audit to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

• Improve branch audit rating from C to B.
• Customers satisfaction rating from last year which was 30% with improving above 50%.
• During the campaign of account opening for one week, opened 300 accounts instead of 200 which was actual target.
Projects & Achievements: •Developed and delivered a series of training and development programs for employees at different levels, enhancing their skills, knowledge and performance. • Developed and facilitating a training program on effective communication skills for 10 employees. • Participated in various employee engagement activities such as team building, wellness and social events.
