Responsibilities include
o Perform all maintenance duties in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals, company polices procedures and Civil Aviation regulations and policies.
o Perform all flight operations support services, landing / overflying permits, ground handling supervision, travel and tourism for Charter flight services.
o To investigate defects to the highest professional capacity as dictated by the Aircraft troubleshooting / Fault isolation procedures along with industry recognized troubleshooting methods.
o To assess recurrent defects and present a technical evaluation to the line maintenance supervisor for further investigation.
o Perform Aircraft maintenance, remove and replace aircraft system major components.
o Determine from documents, technical orders and other specifications the proper sealing compounds, cleaning solutions and repair procedures.
o Documents all work performed in accordance with approved inspection procedures and aircraft manuals.
o Complies with all safety awareness, housekeeping and foreign object damage programs and ensures that all assistant technicians working under his supervision.
o Operates ground support equipment, required tools and testing equipment.
o May be required to fly with aircraft as Flight Engineer.
Responsibilities include
o Collecting hazardous or non-hazardous waste in correctly labeled barrels or other containers transfer them to collection areas
o Build product subassemblies or final assemblies
o Prepare assemble materials
o Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices standard operating procedures
o Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures
o Build packaging for finished products
o Calibrate or adjust equipment to make sure quality production, using tools like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, protractors, or ring gauges
o Inspect finished products for quality adherence to customer specifications.
Responsibilities include
o Overhauling, Major and Minor Repairs, Modification & Automation of Industrial Equipment’s.
o Making layout, designs and specifications from a blueprint, technical drawing, or occasionally, verbal instructions.
o Develop mechanical system design solutions based on engineering principles and be involved in presentation of the solution to customer.
o Provide technical support to external and internal customers.
o Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.
o Responsible for project success whether project leader or as part of a project team.
o Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed.
o Support sales team in pre-sales technical concept and budgeting activities. Interpret client requirements, identify and address design parameters, engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and in budget.
