My responsibilities include:
Responsible for compliance & advisory services covering income tax and sales tax and manage the departmental works.
Up to date knowledge in matters related to, Income tax, Sales tax,
Efficiently manage the tax audit process initiated by the tax
Preparation of filing of returns and statements with the tax
Attending the notices received from tax authorities.
Assisting in obtaining the tax exemptions and tax refunds.
Preparation and submission of tax advice & opinion on domestic
Manage Finance according to the party balances & also for petty cash for factory’s daily transactions.
Managing data for final accounts for monthly bases.
Updating Party balances daily bases according to purchases & payments.
Auditing of different purchase invoice / goods / others.
Preparation of annual Quota working for import.
Complete working of EDB input & output ratio.
Collaborating with the Sales Tax authorities in the conduct of annual Sales Tax audits of the entities.
Managing all the record of Sales & preparing Sales at monthly basis
Managing the inventory at monthly basis.
Managing income tax return at monthly bases.
Preparation of working for income tax exemption certificate of the companies.
