• Transverse coordination with support teams and Subcontractors Management, Utilization and
providing Nomination and Team Allocation per Site.
• Communication with customer for Site RFI (Ready For Integration) Confirmation with respect to
Solution/Equipment and Design, also Customer Coordination for Equipment RTP (Ready to Pick)
ensuring equipment availability in Customer Huawei Warehouse.
• Monitoring on-site Installation & Integration of Equipment and ensuring EHS and QC (Quality
Check) as per Huawei standard remotely in coordination with (IM) Implementation Manager on
daily basis and reporting upper management accordingly.
• Ensuring Timely Mobilization of Teams on-site, using Digitalized tools/protocols, core expertise in
ISDP, Microsoft Excel and ensuring MOS (Material On-Site) and Site Verification as per Standard
duration
• Monitoring all PMO delivery Standardized KPIs, Handling Run-time Issues, Post Deployment
Issues, Quality Issues, RFI issues, RN/STR.CR and ATP issues. High Level Reporting to HQ
using Digitalized portals and Daily Meetings for progress and issue resolutions.
• Handling Subcon PO (Purchase Order) Acceptance and PO related issues and monitoring, Plan
& Execution of Surveys, RT (Reverse Transportation) and dismantling activities.
• Typical duties include smooth execution and on time delivery of projects by assigning tasks,
setting objectives and deadlines, handling documentation, consulting with customers and
coordinating with suppliers.
• Project supervision and coordination with field teams, the customer and the management
• To perform on site Surveys, hardware Installation, integration, hardware testing
commissioning and troubleshooting of Huawei SDH, DWDM and PTN equipment.
• Responsible for Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) with the customer and
technical support for test cases during acceptance.
• To do equipment testing by tools and softwares i.e Optical Spectrum analyzer,
BERT Meter for E1 testing, Optical Spectrum Analyzer, Ethernet Analyzer, Optical
Power & Source Meters, VFL, Variable Optical Attenuator, OTDR WEB LCT
U2000, Putty & Navigator.
• To perform service migration activities and cutovers with coordination of NMS Engineer
Field Operation and Maintenance of optical transmission network.
Multitasking skills.
