RESPONSIBILITIES/PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
• Performs following tasks to repair defective printed circuit boards assemblies, using soldering and De-Soldering equipment. Examine PCB's under magnifying Lamp and reads inspection tags to locate defects, Such As insufficient or excess solder and missing or defective components and parts.
• Solders or Re-Solder missed or defective connections, joints, wiring and terminals found defective or missing after original soldering process.
• Removes excess solder from connections and clears solder from components holes, using De-Soldering equipments.
• Re-Positions misaligned components, such as resistor, Capacitor and integrated circuit. Removes and replaces damaged or missing Components.
• Trim long Lead, Replaces eyelets and rivets, and repair damaged substrate using hand tools and power tools.
• Modifies PCBs sharp instruction using hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Tests solder connections PCBs to detect open circuits or shorts, using continuity tester.
