• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability in the department of Ophthalmic Surgical & Diagnostic Machines and Carl Zeiss IOL’s.
• Establishing sales leads and pursuing the identified leads by providing product brochure, price quotes and sharing other information till finalization of leads.
• Organizing & executing the demonstration of Instruments to the customers where & when needed himself or through Sales Team & Associate Engineers.

• Conducts regular coaching and counseling to Sales Managers & team and optimized motivation and selling skills.
• Prepares forecast plan for next fiscal year through Sales Team & Market feedback.
• Plan & execute the promotional cycle and ensure its implementation through sales team.
• Maintains contact with all clients especially KOL's in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Projection of company image through effective participation in the Ophthalmic Conferences, Seminars, meetings and direct contact with key customers.
